Well, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow so bundle up and keep warm. But, regardless of his seeking his shadow or not, it won't be spring for another six weeks anyway. So we're in store for whatever our Cleveland winter dishes out anyway. Remember...lake effect. Have a great February ... and hey, keep warm out there!
